| Job Responsibilities:（岗位职责） 1、Assist superior to ensure the construction works conform to drawings, specifications and quality system on civil works; 2、Assist to monitor the site schedule, work progress and work quality on site accordance with the specification ensure its completion within the targeted time frame and cost; 3、Handling paperworks and maintaining good administrative record control; 4、To monitor and co-ordinate site work and progress; 5、To attend all meetings related to the project and work together with clients, other professionals, sub-contractors and suppliers on all related aspects of construction activities; 6、To prepare site progress reports; 7、Daily recording machineries and manpower working hours and production output record; 8、Establish and control all construction issues and ensuring all technical and engineering aspects of the building project meet customers’ and statutory requirements; 9、To ensure that all site workers adhere to site safety procedures; 10、To attend the requirement of local authority if necessary. 11、Lead workers in planning and execution of days to days operation. 12、To take charge of the assigned Construction/Project Site. This include and not limited to site management, project management, costing management, manpower planning, material replenish planning, machinery utilization and overall site management. Job Requirements:（工作要求） 1、Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent. 2、Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia 3、At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 4、Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent. 5、Prefer have experience in Geotechnical Works especially ground anchor, soil nails, micropiles etc. 6、It's better to have working experience such as pilling,ground ankoring,soil nailing and jet grouting. |
